Designed to be safe, engaging spaces that support the science and design and technology curriculum, pupils help create Natural Learning Reserves and Outdoor Nurture Nooks in their school grounds. These projects can include:
creating wildlife ponds
planting mini wildflower meadows, native hedges and trees
building homes for invertebrates, birds, amphibians and mammals
establishing local variety heritage orchards
From approximately £2,000. Support with funding may be available.
